IMPORTANT

The price includes water, electricity, and internet service. Gas service is not included as it is purchased in cylinders.

No paperwork is required; only a 3-month lease agreement is drawn up (this may vary). The agreement specifies the terms and conditions of the property.

We have a laundry area where you can rent a washing machine ($10,000) and dryer ($15,000) by the hour, using your own laundry products (liquid detergent and fabric softener).

Pets are allowed but mattresses are not provided, a deposit of 30% of the total rental value must be left and good hygiene of the place must be maintained.

Visitors are welcome and are entitled to stay one day free of charge. After the second day, there is a charge of $5,000 per person per day. This fee covers the cost of the included services, which are calculated per person.
